Having mindfulness as an approach to life is a lifestyle and a mindset. Yes, consistent practice is essential but it doesn’t mean sitting in meditation for hours every day. The reality is that this is not a possibility for most of us with the busy lives we live.

Maybe you noticed due to the current situation with our routine changing, that you were able to implement a practice like meditation into your daily life. You might wonder now how to continue practicing mindfulness even when the engine starts again- “Would I be able to create a new routine for myself?”
