With starting my own space offering wellbeing frequencies to people I finally created the space to create more space for ourselves. Everything in life is energy , electricity, vibration; in this body, this energy- which is constantly in motion and flowing and circulating- has to be kept in balance and harmony.

Making Mindfulness my approach to life was a game changer- it helped me to cope with the pace in a competitive corporate environment, to find my True North and to live a more fulfilled and happy life.
Bringing Awareness to everything we do, consume, feel and see around us is the foundation of everything for me. It’s the foundation for empowering ourselves to make sovereign choices. It‘s about connecting back to ourselves to listen deeply on what our deepest knowing, our intuition tells us when all the chatter inside and outside falls away.
The cellular level is where the foundation of health and wellness begins. Each cell in the body plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health, carrying out essential functions such as nutrient uptake, energy production, waste removal, and cell signaling. When cells are functioning optimally, they contribute to the proper functioning of tissues, organs, and systems throughout the body.
