Making Mindfulness my approach to life was a game changer- it helped me to cope with the pace in a competitive corporate environment, to find my True North and to live a more fulfilled and happy life.

Bringing Awareness to everything we do, consume, feel and see around us is the foundation of everything for me. It’s the foundation for empowering ourselves to make sovereign choices. It‘s about connecting back to ourselves to listen deeply on what our deepest knowing, our intuition tells us when all the chatter inside and outside falls away.

Prevention is key in today’s world to avoid burnout, mental health issues and chronic diseases. When it comes to brain health, the statistics are staggering. Our responsibility is to take ownership of our health- mentally and physically. How can we do that?

An Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle is key not only for our physical health but for our mental health, too! Until recently, brain inflammation was considered pretty rare- unfortunately that changed and systemic/chronic inflammation is the root cause of many diseases.
