Awareness creates change. Self-Empowerment starts with knowing yourself- mindfulness supports you in this. It doesn’t happen over night. It’s a process and it takes practice.

The present moment is where the magic happens- when heart and mind align. Start observing your actions, your thoughts, your emotions without judging them. Try to understand where they come from and if they serve you. What’s most important to you? It takes courage to go inwards, experience yourself.
