  • People should finish the Essential Package first to build on skills in this advanced workshop

  • Sessions will cover a variety of topics to support you deepening your practice to mental, emotional and physical flexibility
  • Movement will be an additional part of the training to help you connect deeper to your body to expand to a holistic approach connecting mind, body and soul even more.
